1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping Options
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more (before taxes). The free shipping threshold is applied automatically at checkout. Express and Overnight shipping options are available for an additional fee regardless of order size.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order is determined based on your location and the shipping method selected. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for each shipment.
6. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high shipping volumes (especially during holidays), weather conditions, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. JAM CLOTHING LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your property. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities and will announce international shipping availability via our newsletter.
