Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from munitalia.com Store. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. Please read this policy in full before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days from the delivery date, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds. We encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Item must be in original condition with all original tags attached
- Item must not be altered, damaged, or show signs of wear
- Item must be in its original packaging (if applicable)
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items purchased as "Final Sale" (if applicable, this will be clearly marked at purchase)
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Accessories that have been opened and are of an intimate nature (for hygiene reasons)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in their original or appropriate packaging and include your order number inside the package.
- Step 4: Ship the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
All other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
- PayPal refunds: Typically appear in your PayPal account within 1–3 business days
- Credit/debit card refunds: May take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We're happy to help with exchanges for a different size or color. To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Subject to availability, we'll process your exchange after receiving the original item in return condition.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
8. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may have entered the fulfillment process and we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
