Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and Overnight shipping (1 business day) are also available at checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. Express and Overnight shipping options are available for an additional fee.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number.
Yes, sale items are eligible for return within 30 days as long as they meet our standard return conditions (unworn, unwashed, tags attached). We'll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to track your package in real time.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with chest, waist, and hip measurements in both inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, we recommend checking the product's "Fit tip" on the size chart. When in doubt, email us for personalized guidance.
Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
We're sorry to hear that! Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, at no cost to you.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, they enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds typically appear within 1–3 business days; bank/card refunds may take 5–10 business days.
Our clothing generally runs true to size with a European/Italian fit, which can be slightly more fitted than American sizing. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page and reading the "Fit tip" for that specific item.
